- Q: Can I use this picture commercially?
A: Not without seeking permission first from A Hills Photography, and then at commercial rates depending on usage. - Q: How long before I receive my purchase?
A: We will endeavour to process purchases as quickly as possible, which should be less than 14 days, however sometimes lead times may be a little longer. - Q: Can I alter the picture in any way?
A: No, as all the pictures rights are owned by A Hills Photography - Q: What do I do if my purchase is damaged on delivery?
A: Contact us, to inform us and get a return address. Post the goods, similarly packaged, back to A Hills Photography where, upon receipt you will be offered a duplicate or full refund. - Q: Will return postage for damaged goods be refunded?
A: Unfortunately we are unable to refund return postage. - Q: I have an existing frame in inches, can I use it to frame one of the pictures?
A: Yes, but there may be a small gap around the picture. Alternatively contact us and we will see if we can supply the picture in imperial measurements - this will take a little longer, if at all possible. - Q: Are pictures full frame size?
A: Where possible, yes. Some however, due to odd proportions may have a white border to better fit a standard size. - Q: Are pictures signed?
A: The pictures themselves are not signed, only on the mounting board, where applicable, in the bottom right hand corner in pencil.
